  • Responsibilities

    Job Objective:

    Manages assigned projects and tasks to support the Human Resources department. Provide requested back up and support to all departments.

    Job Functions:

    • Administer services through AdvanStaff third party vendors such as Pre-employment background screening services, E-verify services, etc
    • Train clients on internal systems and third-party vendors
    • Understand and effectively execute internal HR department tasks
    • Able to understand and process required weekly reporting by deadlines
    • Successfully manage HR projects to completion
    • Able to utilize and successfully file HR documents in the document management system
    • Employee Authorization card administration, health card*, etc
    • Own the I9 destruction process
    • Entering of new hires with clients that are still on the paper platform
    • Able to work in company systems such as, PRISM, client space, share point, teams, one drive, outlook, third party vendors, etc
    • Effectively and professionally communicate to clients
    • Execute front desk duties effectively when required
    • Process Verification of Employments
    • All other duties as requested

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
    • Must be a proven self-starter and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must be detail-oriented and have effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Must be able to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple duties.
    • Must have shown a proven ability to manage details.
    • Individual must be able to handle sensitive, confidential information in a mature, professional manner.

    Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a sitting position at a computer for extended periods of time.

    Additional Information: Full time work in the office with possible occasional work from home days depending upon management discretion and company requirements.

    Experience: One year of related experience is preferred, but not required. Previous experience with AdvanStaff will be considered including entry level or service in unrelated departments
