JOB FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION
To have a strong knowledge of the responsibilities of each ASI department in order to properly assess, advise and guide clients and employees
When, the issue is outside of the team member’s expertise or experience level, evaluate the issue, and gather as much information as possible for the departmental team member best suited to fulfilling the need. Use this event as a training moment to learn how to address in the future.
To provide support and back-up to all concentrations of the department.
Support of Manager Access through Web Portal
Navigation of HCM system including knowledge of where all canned reports reside, how to access information related to the client master, employee master, employee benefits, employee pay data, web password reset, etc.
Employee survey production
Presentation of HR portion of all employee orientations including, but not limited to, overview of portions of the handbooks, review of access to web portals (employee and manager), training of managers and employees to access and utilize time keeping systems that are provided through the company
Training of clients on exactly how to properly complete an I9 form and use of i9 systems
Implementation of new clients
Compensation analysis
Salary program analysis
Performance management options and analysis
Follow up on missing I9s with clients and employees
Audit of employment related postings for each client location, ordering and ensuring posting of all required documents
Working knowledge of the DOL and EEOC websites
Able to perform front desk responsibilities as needed
Able to navigate clients through designated systems, product offerings, and services
Able to communicate professionally with clients in person, via phone, and email
Manage projects from start to completion
Provide crucial coverage during high volume time periods, i.e.To provide support and back-up to all concentrations of the department
Provide support to all departments as requested

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk conversationally, hear, and see screens in order to support electronic systems. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
