POSITION SUMMARY:

The Account Executive, Inside Sales will be responsible for growing new and existing business by representing the Company's total audience solutions product suite and by ensuring that campaigns are properly implemented, monitored and optimized. This individual will meet with clients through a consultative needs-based selling approach to create custom digital and print advertising campaigns that exceed customer expectations. The product suite includes graphical display ads on Local Market Website and ad networks, mobile, video, text, apps, digital directories, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media optimization and print. Responsible for office coordination; walk-in, phone-in customers; and sales support as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• BA/BS from an accredited four-year college/university
• Knowledge and passion for digital advertising
• Prior sales experience in and knowledge of the industry
• Experience with needs-based selling
• Effective telephone presentation skills.
• Proven success of increasing sales in a competitive marketplace
• CRM sales management software experience with a leading platform, salesforce.com preferable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills -- written and verbal
• Strong team player
• Assertive, goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, marketing, referrals, and lead databases
• Exceed established revenue goals
• Ensure campaigns are optimized
• Maintain and optimize campaigns and renew or up-sell
• Serve as a marketing consultant by providing industry insights through up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
• Build relationships/partnerships through networking.
