Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.

Administer medications and provide patient education on treatment protocols.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.

Provide compassionate support to patients and their families throughout treatment.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Current Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license in New Jersey.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
