    About the Job Our Client is seeking a mission-driven Advanced Practice Psychiatric Provider to deliver transformative care in Pittsburgh, PA. This in-office position plays a pivotal role within an integrated care team dedicated to managing complex, high-needs populations. Providers will engage in both direct patient care and strategic consultation to improve behavioral health outcomes through a modified Collaborative Care Model.

    Who You Are You are a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with at least 3–5 years of relevant experience. You thrive in collaborative settings, are passionate about serving underserved populations, and bring a strong background in addiction medicine and behavioral health. Your communication skills, flexibility, and problem-solving capabilities make you a valued team member.

    Your Role

    • Guide treatment for a specific behavioral health cohort using a Collaborative Care Model

    • Provide consultation and clinical guidance to care teams

    • Deliver direct patient care, including psychiatric evaluations and medication management

    • Support transitional care, ED diversion, and crisis intervention

    • Contribute to addiction treatment services including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

    • Develop and implement targeted learning materials and clinical protocols

    How You Qualify

    • Licensed and Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

    • DEA and BLS certified

    • Experience with addiction medicine strongly preferred

    • Background in caring for medically complex Medicaid beneficiaries

    • Familiarity with EMRs and population health management

    • Strong interpersonal, consultative, and teaching skills
