    THE OPPORTUNITY & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Outside Sales Executive
    • Full time, Monday - Friday, no weekends
    • Salary & competitive commission structure
    • Opportunities to earn bonuses
    • Multitask and work independently at a fast pace
    • Problem solve and establish long term solutions
    • Grow and develop long term relationships
    • Identify business opportunities proposing excellent revenue potential
    • Negotiate and quickly close business
    • Effectively manage accounts
    • Solicit business from potential customers
    • Cold call and follow up on leads

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
    • 2 to 5 years of sales experience
    • Logistics experience preferred, but not required
    • Preferred experience in selling LTL – FTL – NVOCC
    • Knowledge of Cleveland industry base
    • Honesty, Integrity, drive, and focus
    • Goal oriented, super self-motivated, hard headed
    • Personable and great at creating relationships
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Problem Solving and negotiation skills

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000 per year
