    What you'll Do

    • Build and maintain end to end BI solutions in Power BI: data models, semantic layers, and dashboards.
    • Write and optimize advanced DAX (measures, calculation groups, time intelligence) for correctness and performance.
    • Configure and monitor Power BI capacity, utilization, and refresh health; implement dataset aggregations, composite models, and performance guidelines.
    • Implement row level security on data and understand application security layer models in Power BI.
    • Develop ELT/ETL pipelines in Databricks using Delta Lake and medallion architecture on large data sets.
    • Support ad-hoc executive requests and weekly/quarterly/annual planning deliverables.
    • Help evaluate innovative technologies and incorporate them into technology stack.

    What you need to succeed

    • Bachelor’s in computer science or related streams.
    • 5+ years of work experience in Power BI Reporting/Data Engineering with solid focus of Power BI in enterprise environments.
    • Deep expertise in languages like DAX, Python, SQL and performance tuning.
    • Expert in Data modeling, Prototyping, performance tuning and data analysis techniques.
    • Good to have experience in Gen AI technologies.
    • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly and adapt to an ambitious and fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication skills to translate between financial and technical concepts.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a consistent track record of delivering innovative solutions.
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, inclusive, and diverse workplace, embracing different perspectives and ideas.
    • Being comfortable with the ambiguity and having the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
    • Ability to multi-task simultaneously different projects, having a positive outlook, motivated learner with strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $85,300 -- $183,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
