Compensation: Pay range from $600.00 to $800.00 per week

Employment Type: Full-time, 5 or 6 day workweek with flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

Advanced Auto Roadside is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team. We provide comprehensive roadside assistance to motorists in need, including tire changes, towing, battery services, and other repair assistance. Essential Responsibilities:

· Correspond with Dispatcher and promptly respond to daily service calls

· Communicate with customers to determine desired delivery location of the vehicle

· Adhere to safety guidelines when operating AAA-owned vehicles

· Provide exceptional customer service

Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:

· Outstanding customer service skills

· Active listening and problem-solving abilities

· Basic math skills

Qualifications:

· Excellent driving record

· Valid Driver's license and ability to pass an MVR background check

Legal Background Requirements:

· No felony convictions within the past 10 years

· No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 3 years
