With over $30 million in annual sales and growing, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Tube Bender / CNC Operator to bring expertise, precision, and leadership to our tube bending team.

What You'll Do

Operate and program CNC tube bending machines (electro-hydraulic/manual CNC)

Read and interpret blueprints, bend data, and spec sheets with precision and accuracy

Utilize trigonometry, XYZ coordinates, angles, and rotations to ensure exact bend measurements

Measure and inspect bends using calipers, protractors, and gauges to meet tight tolerances

Troubleshoot and make on-the-fly adjustments to minimize scrap and ensure part quality

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine setups and optimize efficiency

Train junior operators and serve as a technical resource on the shop floor

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in CNC tube bending (preferably for hydraulic or industrial applications)

Proficiency in trigonometry, spatial measurement, and geometric calculations

Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings and schematics

Familiarity with mandrel bending, rotary draw, or roll bending processes

Experience with setup, calibration, and machine maintenance

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to fine detail
