    Job Description

    A. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

    Under the general supervision of the COO and the Director of International Operations, the International Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, coordinating and welcoming internationally sponsored HPs. The International Healthcare Recruiter will conduct cross-country recruitment and fulfillment of all sponsorship requirements of foreign healthcare professional graduates as well an in-country candidates and employees requiring immigration petition.

    B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for foreign and local recruitment, coordination and placement of qualified foreign healthcare professional graduates to be deployed in contracted facilities.

    • Directly sources qualified foreign graduate candidates both local and international; and establish eligibility for sponsorship.

    • Develops and executes sourcing strategies to tap qualified candidates and priority petitions.

    • Assists and conducts full cycle immigration procedure up to obtaining the candidate’s immigration visa in collaboration with the company’s appointed immigration lawyer.

    • Assists in processing of state professional licensure including application and reciprocity; and coordination with the state education department and other government entities.

    • Compiles documentation required by state and federal government including international-based agencies and private credentialing organizations.

    • Maintains candidate data, immigration and employment paperwork.

    • Communicates and monitors status of all applications and candidates.

    • Oversees and actively liaise with the Philippine legal representative.

    • Responsible for all travel and housing arrangements necessary when deploying approved healthcare professional petitions in US-based assignment.

    • Assist with organizing logistics and plan schedules for arriving foreign healthcare professionals.

    • Picks up and greets foreign healthcare professionals at airports.

    • Builds relationship with the candidates and manages employment expectations.

    • Remains current on employment and immigration laws both local and international.

    • Coordinates with Director of International Operations and Client’s key personnel on petitioned employee’s assignment.

    • Ensures that petitioned employee meets all contractual obligations (such as licensure renewal, physical assessment etc) including fulfillment of the company’s Employment and Visa Sponsorship Agreement.

    • General administrative and clerical support for International Operations Department.

    • Performs other relevant work that may be assigned by from time to time by the COO and Director of International Operations.

    • Requires local and international travel.

    C. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

    Reports to : International Healthcare Manager, Director of International Operations and COO

    Coordinates : HR, Philippine representatives, legal representatives

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    A. EDUCATION AND TRAINING

    The International Healthcare Recruiter should have a Bachelor’s degree of any business-related courses or prior experience in healthcare staffing, foreign recruitment, or immigration law.

    MUST SPEAK TAGALOG

    B. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Must know how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
