Job Description

The Advanced Clinical Pharmacist – BMT will provide specialized pharmacy services in support of Transplant Cellular Therapy (TCT) patients, focusing on anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications. This position supports the delivery of safe, evidence-based care in an acute hospital setting and is an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule:

• Full-time

• Day shifts: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced pharmaceutical care for BMT/Cellular Therapy patients

• Manage and educate on complex drug therapies including CAR-T , TCT , and anti-neoplastics

• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and offer pharmacokinetic consultation

• Collaborate in quality improvement and clinical pharmacy initiatives

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) – Required

• Experience:

* Recent experience (within the last year) in an acute hospital setting

* Required specialization in **TCT, CAR-T, or BMT**

• Certification: Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) – Required

• Licensure: Active Florida Pharmacist License – Required
