    Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc., is a leading restoration contractor in the NY/NJ/PA/CT area with more than 35 years of experience in disaster restoration, is looking for motivated, service-centric full-time employees to help grow its team of professionals in the region. We provide restoration services – such as emergency response, emergency pre-planning, construction services, catastrophe response, contents restoration, environmental services, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, and water damage services – to commercial, insurance and residential clients. We provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Human Resources Generalist administers the human resources program, including employee relations, recruitment, employee benefits, safety and employee training. Hybrid role - Must be able to come onsite as needed to any location.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supports the administration of all HR-related responsibilities, including but not limited to; on-boarding, performance management, benefits, training programs, employee relations, compliance, and terminations. Conduct ongoing communication to ensure employee engagement and morale.

    • Assists with acquisition due diligence

    • Manages leave of absence including FMLA, STD and LTD leave as well as compliance with state leaves.

    • Assists with full-cycle recruiting and coordination of positions including job postings, screening, interviewing candidates and formulating offer letters.

    • Creates and maintains company job descriptions

    • Handles OSHA reporting and Workers' Comp reporting

    • Coordinates Safety Training and tracking

    • Assist with Employee Relations

    QUALIFICATIONS: 4 years HR Experience, Bachelor's degree in related field; PHR or SPHR Certification; Strong HRIS experience (BeyondPay) preferred
