We provide restoration services – such as emergency response, emergency pre-planning, construction services, catastrophe response, contents restoration, environmental services, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, and water damage services – to commercial, insurance and residential clients. Summary/objective

Established Restoration and Remediation company is looking for motivated individual to support management team by acting as the interface between state and city departments, customers, and suppliers in getting necessary paperwork and materials to complete jobs.

Essential Duties
● Dropping off and picking up building permits
● Providing customers with various samples
● Meet with customers to get paperwork signed
● Order and pick up materials
● Pick up food deliveries for company meetings
● Assist in set up for company meetings
● Take vehicles for inspections
● Unloading deliveries
● Picking up equipment from job sites in times of high volume

Work environment
● Office and administrative environments
● Residential and commercial work sites

Physical demands
● Prolonged periods of sitting in vehicles
● Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time
● Exposure to standard work site environments and some confined spaces

Required education and experience
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Must have and maintain a valid driver's license reliable transportation
● Availability for afterhours / weekends when required
● Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
● Must be reliable, dependable, drug free and adhere to background check
● Fluent in English
● Spanish speaking a plus
● Basic computer knowledge

Preferred education and experience
● Two or more years' experience in the insurance restoration Industry
● IICRC certifications in Water, Fire and Mold restoration
