Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Phone Sales Support/Customer Service Representative to assist our Sales Team.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Cold Calling

· Lead Gathering (phone/email/web)

· Project inquiries

· Prepare quotes and proposals

· Prepare sales and marketing materials for customers

· QuickBooks Invoicing

· Email and phone communication with customers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

· Exceptional Phone Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· The ability to multi-task

· A professional attitude and demeanor

· Outstanding customer service skills

· Able to work in a fast pace environment

· Be a self-starter

· Have a can-do attitude

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred)
