    About the Role:

    We are a growing regenerative medicine and interventional orthopedic clinic seeking a skilled Functional Medicine Practitioner (NP, PA) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in functional medicine. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, open to integrating orthopedic care and chronic pain management, and ready to practice with a systems-based approach to healing.

    You’ll work collaboratively with physicians and rehab professionals to deliver root-cause, multimodal treatments that support patients with musculoskeletal, metabolic, inflammatory, and autoimmune-related chronic conditions.

    This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into full-time as clinical volume and programs expand.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Conduct comprehensive functional medicine assessments using a systems-based, root-cause lens

    • Provide customized treatment plans including nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, and diagnostics

    • Work with acute and chronic joint pain, fatigue, inflammation, and complex orthopedic cases

    • Collaborate on protocols involving orthobiologics, PRP, prolotherapy, and regenerative modalities

    • Integrate care plans with PTs, MDs, and wellness team

    • Support IV therapy, hormone balancing, gut restoration, detox when appropriate

    • Experience with peptides is a plus

    • Document thoroughly in EMR, track metrics, and educate patients clearly

    • Assist with patient reactivation and case management

    • Train and grow in orthopedic and pain-focused support protocols

    Ideal Candidate Has:

    • 2+ years experience in functional or integrative medicine

    • Licensed and credentialed in Michigan (NP, PA)

    • Strong patient education and motivational skills

    • Willingness to learn regenerative orthopedics and chronic pain protocols

    • Availability for part-time work with interest in future full-time role

    • Bonus: Experience in IV therapy, hormone support, or chronic illness care

    • Passion for lifestyle medicine, non-pharmaceutical healing, and interdisciplinary care

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • 70%+ plan acceptance rate on new patients

    • >80% of patients complete recommended treatment plan (3+ visits)

    • 95%+ documentation and EMR compliance rate

    • Timely lab reviews and follow-ups within 3 business days

    • Low cancellation/no-show rate (<10%)

    • Patient satisfaction scores above 4.5/5
