    Scott Wagner Integrated Medicine has merged with Advanced Pain Management of Virginia and is hiring for top-performing Medical Sonographer

    Hours of availability required:Monday- Thursday 8:00am-6:30pm, Friday 7:00am-2:00pm POSITION SUMMARY As a licensed medical team member at our office, you and the team will participate in the educating of patients while working with the clinicians as they report the findings of an exam and the diagnostic imaging such as ultrasoundss, motion x-rays, and still x-rays. You will be responsible for preparing the patient to see the doctor and/or nurse. You will be responsible for preparing the doctor and/or nurse on any new conditions the patient is experiencing. You will be responsible for assisting the patient under the doctors license for IV vitamin therapy and IM shots, ozone, and weightloss injections. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

    Develop emotional connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes

    Perform an initial consultation on new patients to determine medical history, motivating factor that prompted patient to look for help with their problem and functional goals of the patient

    Ensure that all the necessary services for the patient are provided on the day service

    Provide and ensure completion of all patient paperwork

    Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan

    Ensure that all of the patient’s needs are met, nothing gets overlooked, and care is consistent with the patient’s expressed desires

    Ensure that the next appointment for patients is scheduled correctly.

    Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during care plan

    Prefer 1+ year experience and licensed to perform IV's and IM shots under supervision
