    The ideal applicant should be willing and able to answer the telephone, schedule appointments, direct new patients to our website, answer questions regarding our services, confirm appointments, create a new patient chart, check in patients, complete sales transactions, check voice and mail emails regularly through the day. Appearance must be neat and professional. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be computer literate. Must be able to work with patients to make them feel comfortable. Reliability and self-motivation are of prime importance. You must be able to maintain patient and practice confidentiality, attend staff meetings and educational programs as requested and complete other duties as required by the company executives. A high school diploma is required. Experience of two years in a physician's office or spa is preferred. No nights, weekends, holidays or call. Work week is Monday to Thursday 7:45am to 4:30pm.
