    Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa at The Shops of West End in St Louis Park is seeking an Advanced Practice Esthetician/Manager to lead our nationally top ranked and rapidly growing team. We are searching for an exceptional skin care specialist and leader looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. This is an advanced level role requiring a minimum of 3 years’ advanced practice service and leadership experience.

    Our AP Esthetics Manager supports and leads our AP team and guides clients through a customized service experience that achieves their skin care goals.

    Our customized targeted treatments continue to expand with the latest medical grade advancements in skin care including:

    Diamond Glow – diamond tipped head simultaneously exfoliates, extracts, and infuses a customized serum producing amazing and immediate results.

    LED Skin Phototherapy promotes healing at the cellular level for sustainable results for anti-aging, acne, pigmentation, and other skin care needs.

    NuFace Microcurrent (coined the 5-minute face lift) improve results in combination with other targeted treatments.

    Advanced medical grade chemical peels and specialty masks.

    Neveskin (previously known as Cryoskin) Tones and tightens face and body.

    Position Responsibilities

    Oversee and manage the Esthetics Department including a team of 4 – 5 Advanced Practice Licensed Estheticians.

    Achieve Esthetics service and retail sales goals

    Coach and mentor staff performance conducting monthly one on ones to help each member grow and achieve their goals.

    Effectively manage inventory all professional and retail product and supplies

    Provide excellent experience with exceptional results for our clients

    Attend training programs, conferences, and other opportunities for professional growth

    Work collaboratively with the other Spa Leaders to uphold our culture and staff satisfaction/retention.

    Qualifications

    Exceptional customer service skills with strong retail and sales experience

    Experience motivating a team through positive/uplifting goal setting, coaching and consistent support resulting in team success.

    Passion for helping others learn and be their best.

    Excellent team leadership and training skills

    Expert critical thinking/problem solving skills with clients, staff, and the team.

    Advanced Practice Licensed Esthetician with Managers License

    Prior experience as a Lead Esthetician with direct staff reports

    Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
