Provide comprehensive, integrative care across multiple settings — in-office and via telehealth Support women through perimenopause, menopause, and related hormonal transitions by integrating HRT management into preventive and lifestyle-based care. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients following evidence-based care pathways, including management of chronic conditions, preventive care, and hormone optimization. Collaborate with physicians and specialists on complex cases to ensure holistic treatment plans. Guide patients through their wellness journey, educating them on lifestyle, nutrition, hormone balance, and preventive health strategies. Communicate proactively and compassionately with patients to deliver an exceptional experience. Conduct health risk assessments, manage ongoing treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care. Leverage technology and integrated EMR systems to streamline workflows and maintain documentation accuracy.

3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, endocrinology, GYN, or restorative health Demonstrated experience in hormone therapy (bioidentical hormone replacement, anti-aging medicine, functional medicine) Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license Active or eligible DEA license in Georgia Ability to work in the Woodstock, GA office

Qualifications Proven ability in conducting patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Strong knowledge of patient education practices and preventive care strategies.
Experience in hormone therapy (bioidentical hormone replacement, anti- aging medicine, functional medicine) Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and understanding of compliance with healthcare regulations. Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program. Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license. Active or eligible DEA license in Georgia. Effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse patient populations and teams. Experience in a clinical or outpatient care setting preferred.
