As the Administrative Agent for this program, our client is seeking a Advanced Practice Provider with dermatology experience to deliver onsite skin cancer screenings and general dermatologic evaluations for employees of a private business in Springfield, IL.

VitalCheck manages administrative logistics and facilitates scheduling, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to practice preventive and personalized medicine in a supportive, structured setting. VitalCheck does not provide medical care and does not control clinical decision‑making. ** __**

Responsibilities:

• Provide skin checks and skin cancer screenings.
• Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns.
• Advise/ refer patients for follow-up care.

Requirements:

• Active clean Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license to practice in ** __ Illinois.**
• Board-certified MD or DO with an active, clean license to practice in Illinois.
• _ ****_Active BLS/ ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience required; candidates must have strong dermatology knowledge and hands-on clinical dermatology experience.
• For NP/PA: A collaborating physician is necessary unless state requirements for independent/autonomous practice are met.
• Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Patient education driven.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Springfield, IL .
