Position Overview:

We are seeking a flexible and versatile Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) for a unique float role providing multi-clinic coverage. The Float APRN will rotate between various clinic sites, supporting dynamic public health programs including TB, STI, and substance use disorder treatment. This position is ideal for a provider passionate about varied public health practice.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent.
• Licensure: Active APRN license in Kentucky; CPR certification (required).
• Experience: Broad clinical expertise; willingness to learn multiple treatment areas is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with diverse health needs.
• Soft Skills: Strong adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to quickly integrate into different clinic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care across multiple clinics (TB, STI, and MORE program).
• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with diverse health needs.
• Adapt quickly to different clinic environments.
• Support cross-coverage and staff training as needed.
