Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

The Position:
Full-time NP or PA in Methuen, MA providing primary care in clinic, home, and long-term care settings as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110k - $150,000 (Salary Depending on Experience)

• CME and licensing reimbursement

Responsibilities:

• Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
• Outpatient Clinic, Home and Facility Visits When Needed
• Conduct annual and semi-annual physical exams
• Perform initial assessments for new participants and quarterly evaluations during the first year
• Manage acute, chronic, and post-hospital care
• Home and nursing facility visits
• Patient/family education and documentation

Requirements:

• MSN or PA degree; MA NP/PA license with DEA
• 1–2 years geriatric experience
• CPR Certification; COVID vaccination or exemption
