Northwest Florida ENT is searching for another outstanding Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We are open to full-time or part-time. One of our best is relocating with the military spouse in mid 2026.

Most importantly, we need the right fit with ENT experience.

ENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Northwest Florida ENT has 1 surgeon: Sinus, Allergy and Sleep Apnea.

Dr. Jason Boole is a mid-career General Otolaryngologist who focuses on Sinus, Allergy, Sleep Apnea, and Vertigo/Balance.

We are open to a part time or full time position. Full time is a 4 day work week with no hospital call/no rounding.

We have a 12,000 square foot facility that offers the very best in comprehensive care for our patients. This is a cutting-edge practice with a large investment in the very best of technology. Every exam room has a scope and a tower. We are performing a high volume of in-office nasal and sinus procedures. We currently have a Physical Therapy department performing vertigo/balance evaluation and treatment in a 2000 square foot Physical Therapy Balance Center. We have Audiologists on site performing audiograms.

We have a bustling allergy clinic and sleep apnea clinic, complete with a 3-bed sleep lab onsite, running 5 nights/week. We also have an in-office CT Scanner. The practice is booked out 2 months.

We need a Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with an abundance of energy and a positive attitude to help care for our patients. This individual must have 1-2 years in an ENT/Otolaryngology clinic setting.

We are busy, but we go home by 5 pm. Everyone has evenings off without call or rounding requirements.
