The Senior Analyst, Customer & Web Analytics will support the Product and Marketing team on initiatives related to improving digital experience and revenue generation through development of customer and website analytics, model development and deployment, and reporting.

• Develop and manage customer database & website analytics, reporting and analysis to improve consumer understanding and deliver insights that drive growth and retention of the Sun Country customer base.
• Conduct a variety of data analytics such as: predictive modeling, statistics, machine learning, data mining, and other data analysis techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and implement machine learning models focused on enhancing website personalization, product pricing, and product merchandising.
• Program in statistical tools (R and/or Python) and database querying languages (SQL), and data visualization tools (PowerBI/DAX).
• Respond to ad hoc data & analysis requests and effectively communicate findings, develop visualizations, insights and ideas to key decision makers and stakeholders to drive strategic business decision making.
• Utilize web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Big Query) to develop website reporting and insights. Work with analytics platform partners to implement and enhance event tracking.
• Lead customer database capabilities development.
• Work with Product team to identify customer segmentation opportunities that will drive increased engagement and revenue.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in applied field (Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline)
• Fluency in SQL and at least one data science/analytics programming language (e.g. Python, R)
• 1+ years hands-on data science or similar experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Very good communication and listening skills; ability to leverage those communication skills to gain buy-in and drive change
• Must be flexible and self-motivated – able to work in fast paced, dynamic and unstructured environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results at all levels within an organization; Builds partnerships and ensures shared successes
• Strong attention to detail
