As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recruiter to join our team. You’ll scope out job fairs, social media, job boards, etc, to find us the best up-and-coming professionals to bring them to our team. Responsibilities: • Advise internal team on salary and wage terms and communicate negotiations with candidates • Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information • Manage job postings for new job openings both internally and with public advertising on job boards and social media • Set up interviews with promising candidates and additional skills testing if necessary • Process and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration • Create a successful company-wide recruiting process that will effectively and efficiently attract top talent • Hire department managers and supervisors through technicians and laborers. Qualifications: • Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates • Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must • Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly skilled talent during the recruitment process • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus • Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes, and personnel • Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time • Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly
