    Do you love talking to people and providing a service you believe in? We’re growing our team and looking for a driven outside sales representative ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. We don't try to sell to our customers, we try to be their solution in time of need. Responsibilities: • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Ability and energy to maintain pace for 10 to 15 visits a day with return visits every 4 to 6 weeks • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within the greater San Diego area • Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business • Present sales reports that accurately represent efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals • Identify new sales opportunities and emerging markets • Ability to present once a month via lunch and learns to Property Managers, Maintenance staff, and Regional Teams Qualifications: • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly
