Are you a financial specialist capable of overseeing daily accounting operations while maintaining a strong focus on Gross Profit? We seek a passionate, detail-oriented specialist who can monitor internal control systems and make necessary modifications that affect our bottom line by focusing on profitability. You will be in charge of monthly forecasting, reconciling general ledger accounts, and creating an annual budget. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of management experience, preferably in the construction industry. Responsibilities: Effectively monitor and track all accounts receivable, while also creating and controlling accounts payable invoicing Oversee the daily accounting operations by developing monthly projections and yearly budgets Conduct monthly payroll audits and issue paychecks Analyze all statements, balance sheets, income, and expense accounts to guarantee accuracy and recommend adjustments that would increase profitability Review the daily revenue activity list to ensure accountability, reconcile general ledger accounts, review any account discrepancies, and make corrections Qualifications: Exemplary communication skills, math skills, strong leadership skills, and customer service skills are vital Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Skilled in Google Sheets and familiarity with Quickbooks or similar accounting Software. • Experience in construction WIP accounting Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
