We’re looking to hire a hard-working Cleaner who can assist with apartment turnovers. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done. Responsibilities: Secure building by locking doors once cleaning is complete • Vacuum empty apartment • Sweeping, mopping, dusting • Detail clean appliances like the inside of refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, etc • Clean bathrooms in the units • Experience in steam cleaning of carpets a plus Qualifications: 1+ years of experience as a janitor, cleaning crew member, or similar position Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required Excellent stamina and physical health Familiarity with cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
