Responsibilities: • Perform various field restoration activities such as demolition, cleaning, restorative drying, mold cleaning, fire and smoke damage cleaning, and more. • Provide after-hours emergency support as part of an on-call emergency service once a month. • Conduct interactions with homeowners, property managers, or other individuals in a courteous and professional manner while carrying out job responsibilities. • Take moisture readings at each monitor and upload photos, readings, and notes into our job database for our in-house representatives to utilize. • Be able to work 8+ hours a day as needed for each job. Qualifications: • Having an IICRC Certification is a plus, although not required. • Previous experience as a Lead Technician is necessary. • Must possess a valid California driver's license. • Proficiency in dealing with building contaminants is required. • Familiarity with using a moisture meter is essential. Compensation: $23 - $28 hourly
