Job Description

Our client is seeking to add a seasoned professional to its leadership team at its home office in Houston, Texas. RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead the implementation of operational strategies and objectives across multiple revenue generating departments

· Consistently review and challenge the effectiveness of operational processes to increase productivity / profitability and ensure customer satisfaction

· Manage staffing, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and performance

· Meet with customers and vendors to establish / maintain strong relationships and meet / exceed customer expectations

· Work closely with finance in developing and managing department budget

· Research, analyze, and document effectiveness of operational business processes

· Develop and oversee implementation of strategies for meeting Company goals and objectives

· Establish / monitor departmental performance goals Interface with Client Manager, Sales or others, as needed, to ensure client satisfaction

· Collaborate in design, development, and implementation of new technology

· Establish, enhance, and monitor performance reporting systems

· Participate in corporate strategic planning and project management initiatives, as required

· Foster a positive and professional work environment to promote creativity and teamwork

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

· At least 10 years of leadership in managing staff / teams and major projects / initiatives

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative problem solving skills

· Deep understanding of accounting, reporting and annual budgeting

· High sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to excel in a fast paced environment
