    Job Description

    Advanced Structural Solutions is an innovative engineering startup specializing in structural design and restoration of existing building structures. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Project Engineer to join our growing team.

    As a Project Engineer, you will work closely with our technical experts and business co-founders to evaluate building structures, develop repair solutions, manage bidding and construction processes, and interact with clients and contractors. Other responsibilities include performing Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) scans, 3D surveys using LIDAR technology, rebound hammer tests, roof moisture surveys, and writing survey reports. The successful candidate must be able to travel within Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

    To be considered for this role, you should have:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or other engineering trade)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
    • Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
    • Autodesk AutoCAD proficiency (Revit is a plus)
    • E.I Certification or the ability to obtain it in the near future
    • A Master's degree is a plus
    • A PE License is a plus
    • Construction and project management experience is preferred
