TOP TECHNICAL SKILLS: Basic Desktop Information technology support, COMP TIA A , ITIL foundations (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Help desk Incident and service request triage, critical thinking, technical comprehension and reading, speaking, strong customer service skills, Installation of all desktop software via manual install or SCCM (Software Center Configuration Manager), MS (Microsoft) application suite and MS Active Directory.
Candidate will be on-site two-to-three times a week ( to hand out equipment and do imaging) and Working remotely the alternate days
