    Primary Responsibilities:

    Support HR and hiring managers in all recruitment process activities

    Support firm university relations and campus recruitment activity

    Assist with Training & Development program to include coursework preparation, communications, and learning platform management

    Provide general support to aid in the completion of department tasks, projects, and programs

    Produce presentations, spreadsheets and other documents as needed

    Assist with company handbook policy review and distribution of company policy updates

    Manage HR inbox to field employee questions and retain AC website job applications

    Draft HR communications and create documents as needed

    Schedule and scribe for HR Team meetings and calls

    Maintain company org chart and databases

    Support back office workflows and tasks

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education:

    Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program

    Human Resources, Psychology, or Business-Related degree program HIGHLY preferred

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Product Suite, Microsoft Teams and Zoom

    Effective internal and external communication

    Excellent administrative and organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    Skills:

    Familiarity with application tracking systems and resume databases

    Basic understanding of U.S. labor laws

    Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting

    This internship program will be 10-15 hours/week during the school year, with potential for increased hours over holiday/spring breaks. This opportunity will consist of a combination of in-office and virtual work.
