    ABOUT THE ROLE

    This is an entry-level position, and we are looking for a personable, coachable, sales-oriented person to join our team. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of insurance products and annuities, sales experience, and customer service experience. If that sounds like you, this may be a perfect opportunity for you!

    JOB SUMMARY: As an Internal Wholesaler, you will provide phone and email support to marketers and agents. This role requires knowledge of annuities and for you to provide product information and know how to position insurance company products to develop and maintain business relationships.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Weekly marketing e-mail and weekly follow up calls to assigned accounts/marketers/agents.

    Assist with conducting web demos for prospects.

    Conduct daily outbound calls based on business, production, and other queues.

    Create and provide activity reports regularly.

    Ensure clean maintenance of accounts in the database.

    Conduct phone surveys to determine account/marketer/agent satisfaction.

    Perform general administrative duties including correspondence, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

    Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    College degree preferred but not required

    2+ years of sales related experience

    2+ Customer Service experience

    Coachable/open to feedback
