Advance Design Group is looking for a Helpdesk Intern with excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge and a problem-solving attitude. We want to provide our customers with superb care and effective solutions using our proprietary software system. While this is a technical role, we support our customers through telephone, internet, email, and periodic virtual meetings. They are responsible for training end users for via video conferencing.
The successful candidate will be able to prioritize multiple projects and provide quality work within established production timelines. Exposure to new and emerging technologies, a friendly, relaxed environment, and the flexibility to contribute new ideas and implement new technologies is our standard.

Job Responsibilities
Answer support desk tickets from clients needing assistance with technical problems and/or concerns with websites and software
Troubleshoot websites and software to identify errors, make the necessary modifications or assign tasks to designers or developers to address customer issues
Train customers as needed in the use of proprietary software via MS Team, Zoom or written instructions
Communicate with customers, fellow employees to resolve issues
Document all communication with customers in our ticketing system
Consult with staff and management to establish requirements for modifications
Maintain process or training materials and procedures
Help test existing and new software programs
Perform all other duties as assigned and needed

A solid comfort level with new technology platforms and the ability to converse with clients
Website CMS experience
Proven project management track record and the ability to meet deadlines
