WE WILL TRAIN IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE ROLE*
We are seeking an Customer Service Representative to join our team in our ROCKLIN STORE! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fitting customer with uniforms
- Will be required to travel to Elk Grove 25% of the time
- Enter and process customer orders
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assist Operations Manager and/or Store Manager as directed
- Answer all incoming telephone calls within 3 rings
- Provide customers with status on orders
- Maintain a clean and orderly appearance throughout the entire store
- Maintain accurate inventory and restock shelves
- Return non-purchased merchandise or "try-ons" its correct location
- Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged with price and information
- Housekeeping duties (including cleaning bathrooms; emptying trash, keeping showroom clean, vacuumed)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma
- Punctual and dependable
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment;
- Professional appearance, must be pleasant, courtesy, think quick on your feet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent math skills
- The ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods of time
- The ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds
