Job Description
Well respected boutique firm is seeking a paralegal with experience doing complex trusts and estates work on behalf of High-Net Worth and Ultra High-Net Worth individuals. Candidates must have broad, substantive experience in Trusts and Estates. Requirements include handling all aspects of trust funding and trust administration ; preparation of trust accountings and deeds ; preparation of gift, estate and GST tax projections; preparation of tax returns, including 706's and 709's ; drafting of probate court filings and all probate-related documentation. The role requires heavy client contact. Successful candidate will have excellent academic credential, exceptional drafting and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization and strong verbal and interpersonal skills. ABA paralegal certification and/or Bachelor’s degree required.
