Customer Service/Admin. Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at our facility located in Colorado Springs, CO, 80907. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our client and office environment. The CSR is typically the first point of contact for external parties and must exhibit a degree of professionalism throughout all interactions. This role requires proficiency in ERP software and excellent communication skills.
Greet incoming visitors, answering phone calls and route calls as appropriate
Assists with variety of data entry tasks including loading job information, creating, and revising orders, entering purchase orders and customer information into ERP system
Provides administrative assistance for office personnel and other organizational deparments including production, estimating treams, engineering and sales
Creating metrics and reports for supportign departments
Compose, modify, and proofread coorespondence including reports
Create spreadsheets on an ad-hoc basis to support execuritive staff
Utilize MS Office tools to organize staff calendars
Assists with confidential document control including copying, filling, scanning and loading prints
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service strategies
Work with a team while demonstrating goood interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
This position is in a manufacturing shop environment that is clean, and fast paced. Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time may be required. Some exposure to noise and various types of equipment is typical.
The required schedule for this position is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Additional time may be required on an as needed basis.
Starting compensation for this position will range from $18 - $24 an hour depending on experience. Benefits are available after a waiting period and include, shared cost health care, paid holidays, paid time off, and 401k with company match.
