Job Description

We are currently seeking a ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST with strong business to business collections background.  This is a temp to hire position located in Irvine. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:

• Responsible for the full cycle AR process, including chargebacks, remittances, cash applications, deductions and adjustments
• Set up new customers, invoice/billing and responsible for the aging
• Daily collection calls, research and resolve any discrepancies
• Analysis and reconciliation of vendor accounts
• Daily cash

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:

• AA in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of high-volume AR
• Intermediate Excel skills 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
