Job Description

We are currently seeking an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK for our client located in Orange County.  This is a direct hire position pay $16-18 per hour.  Great entry level AP position for someone up and coming in their accounting career.

Will be working on site, not a remote position  REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK:

• Handle the day to day processing of AP invoices for payment 
• Posting, recording and managing the AP in the accounting system
• Handled purchase orders, packing slips, vendor management and check runs
• Handle research and discrepancies and vendor reconciliation
• Filing and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK:

• High School Diploma and 1-2 years experience working in an office setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Intermediate Excel skills
