Job Description

We are currently seeking a STAFF ACCOUNTANT with strong operational accounting experience.  Position will be hybrid role working in office and remote.  Pay $25.00 to $30.00 per hour RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

• Will be responsible for billing/invoicing the clients
• Handle the cash posting and reconciliations
• Light collections calls
• Light AP, about 50-60 invoices per month
• Expense reports

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

• BA/BS in Accounting is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Intermediate Excel
• NetSuite is a plus or any large ERP system experience
