Job Description

We are seeking an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST for a manufacturing company located in Irvine. Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with 3-5 years experience handling the full cycle AP process. Pay $23.00 to $25.00 per hour RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:

• Will be responsible for the full cycle AP process, match, batch, coding and purchase orders
• Will process all AP invoices electronically, so need to be strong with working in a paperless environment
• Track and report use taxes, W9's, vendor management, and vendor reconciliation
• Handle research and discrepancies, 1099, expenses, month-end close and

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:

• 3-5 years of full cycle AP
• 2/3-way matching, purchase order experience
• Strong experience working in a paperless AP environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
