Job Description

We are currently seeking an ACCOUNTANT I for a well-established and growing real-estate investment company located in Orange County. Our client is seeking someone with a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Business with 2-3 years of hands on accounting experience. Pay up to $55,000 RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ACCOUNTANT I:

• Will be responsible for the preparation of the financial and tax returns packages
• Responsible for the review, and approval of the tax packages and annual financials
• Preparation of quarterly financial reports for investors and providing appropriate documentation
• Handle variance analysis, tax credit adjustments, amortization, cash receipts and maintain the general ledger

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACCOUNTANT I:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Business
• 2-3 years of hands on accounting experience
• Advanced Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus
