Job Description

We are currently seeking a COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST for a company located in Irvine.  They are seeking someone with 3-5 years of business to business collections experience. Pay up to $65,000 DOE  RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:

• Will be responsible for daily business to business collection calls for a portfolio of accounts
• Contact and collection on outstanding AR via phone or emails
• Will handle research and any discrepancies and handled adjustments
• Reconcile billing statements, process refunds and handle cash applications
• Create billing/invoices for clients

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST:

• 3-5 years of business to business collections calls
• Degree is a plus but not required
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong attention to detail and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Legal industry is a plus
