Job Description

We are currently seeking LOAN PROCESSORS with 3-5 years of experience for a direct hire opportunity located in Denver, Colorado with a well-establish mortgage loan company. Position will be located in Denver, but company has additional openings in Phoenix, Arizona, Charlotte, North Carolina, Austin, Texas, and Newport Beach, California Pay $65000 to $70000 plus bonuses Position will consider remote candidates, but must have been working remote in their other positions. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE LOAN PROCESSOR:

• Will be responsible analyzing the conditions for conventional and government loan programs to ensure compliance
• Will handle the review and verifying the accuracy of all the documentation
• Send loan approvals and complete welcome calls with the borrowers
• Responsible for ensuring the borrowers understand the loan process and documentation that is needed
• Will collect all application conditions from borrower for the loan application and provide to underwriters
• Will work closely Loan Offices, buyers, title/escrow and internal staff and ensure all proper parties are notified if any changes of circumstances occur
• Work closely with borrower through the process and answer any questions and provide excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LOAN PROCESSOR:

• High School Diploma required
• 3+ years of loan processing experience
• Experience within a builder/construction environment is highly desired
• Strong knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA/USDA programs is required
• Strong knowledge and experience working with loan origination systems, Encompass is a plus
• Strong customer service and excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
