Job Description

We are seeking an ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST for a direct hire opportunity with our client located in Orange County.  This is a great accounting support role with excellent opportunity for growth and advancement.  Pay $25.00 to $30.00 RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:

• Will support the Accounts Payable functions, including coding, vendor management and check runs
• Responsible for reconciliations and journal entries
• Responsible for maintaining all the DMB and licensing requirements for all the vehicles
• Will handle renews, fees and verification that vehicles are still in operations 
• Ensure VIN number has the correct license plate assigned

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALISTS:

• High School Diploma or AA degree
• Must have strong attention to detail and strong administrative background
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
