Job Description

We are currently seeking a STAFF ACCOUNTANT with 2+ years of property accounting experience. Will be responsible for handling the full accounting for a portfolio of properties. Pay up to $63,000 DOE --- Position will be working remote, but will go into office as needed. Candidates need to be local.  RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

• Will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties
• Handle the full AP, AR, check runs, and vendor management
• Responsible for the monthly financial reporting and month-end close
• Monthly cash flow analysis and yearly budgeting
• Work closely with the Property Managers and onboarding of new properties

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Business
• 2+ years of property accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills including vlookup and pivot functions
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
