    We are looking for a dynamic Practice Manager in the NOVA/Maryland area.
    The ideal candidate would have the following:

    • Flexibility: Work independently and be a positive member of the team.
    • Active Listening skills: Excellent listening skills will enable an understanding what the client is sharing and subsequently provide the help they need.
    • Verbal Communication: Clients must be able to comprehend what they are being told so they can take recommended actions.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to understand the clients reactions and be able to persuade them to make necessary changes.
    • Service Orientation: You should have a strong desire to help others.
    • Critical Thinking: Identify and evaluate possible solutions

    Practice Manager Responsibilities:

    • Implement and oversee a seamless and efficient business management system. Work with practice staff, providers, and Advantia Holdings to identify billing codes and revenue opportunities.
    • Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment.
    • Assist in the development of quality control processes that are measurable metrics and supported by appropriate reporting and analytics.
    • Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the Clinic making sure they adhere to the guidelines set in the employee handbook, adhere to policies and procedures, and . provide coaching and training where needed.
    • Handle all patient related issues inclusive of complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special request and any other concerns that may arise.
    • Coordinate and delegate daily activities in the office.
    • Maintains staff scheduling and executes payroll related activities for the Clinic.
    • Oversees operating expenses and purchasing for the clinic.
    • Establish annual Clinic budget, monitor profit and loss and oversee reimbursement and collection activities.
    • Assist with the execution of marketing plans and return on investment.

    Practice Manager Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in the field of business or other qualifying degree and/or experience.
    • 5+ years  of experience as a Practice Manager in an OBGYN Medical office setting
    • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational planning and scheduling skills
    • Patient centered focused, service oriented and pursuant to excellence
    • Flexibility with an attention to detail in a team setting
    • Must be have flexibility in schedule as occasional weekends and evenings may be required
    • Must be tech savvy and able to learn multiple information platforms
