We are looking for a Recruiting & Staffing Specialist to join our team. This role will use provided resources (hardware, software, training) to quickly connect and screen individuals that have matching skillsets and an interest in job openings that we are working to. These positions are mostly Engineering, Construction & Manufacturing related (but not limited to) and can be located anywhere in the USA (often times these roles are for travelers).

To start, this role will be focused on connecting with candidates identified by our sourcing team. The majority of duties will be emailing, scheduling calls and/or cold calling applicants to identify those who may be interested and fit skills/experience requested.

Seeking:

• Good conversationalist, enjoys being on the phone (\#1 task for this role)
• Ability to learn quickly, curiosity, creativity, results-focused, reliable, ask good questions, listen, note/record keeping
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks, process-oriented, detail-oriented, organized
• Technical skills (MS Office products, ATS/CRM experience a plus)
• Desire to succeed
• Experience w/ Construction, Skilled Trades, Engineering, Manufacturing recruitment is a plus
