Exciting opportunity to lead project managers and field personnel on nationwide projects.  Our client engineers, manufactures, and installs large pre-fabricated structures with multiple applications for Industrial, Energy, Municipalities, Wastewater, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing clients.

*This role involves ensuring seamless coordination and alignment between the processes, systems, and activities of both manufacturing and construction activities

• Anticipate $130-$150K annually

Role:

The position requires someone to bridge the relationship between manufacturing operations and construction operations. The individual in this position needs to have a deep understanding of both industries, as well as the ability to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and streamline communication between manufacturing and construction teams. They play a crucial role in integrating production schedules, resource management, quality control, project management and project timelines to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.

• Manage team of Project Managers, Construction Coordinators and Safety Managers
• Team includes field personnel that report to Construction Coordinator (50 +/-)
• Anticipate 60% of efforts towards projects, construction management
• Anticipate 40% of efforts towards process improvements, efficiency improvements, etc.
• Continuous Improvement focused, Attention to project margins, Supply Chain Management
• Ability to be in a client-facing position, develop relationships
• Supporting sales teams with project details, planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related
• 10+ years of construction project management experience, Manufacturing related experience a plus
• 5+ years of Construction Management Team Leadership & Development
• Proficient with MS Office Suite & MS Project (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
• Strong communicator, team building skills, time management, organizational skills
